THE KIT OPERATOR

One of the key features of this kit is the particular robustness of the motors. In fact, not only are they able to move doors up to 2.80 meters wide, but they have a force capable of operating up to 350 kg of leaf weight.

The production of those operators, all Italian, is made using iron, aluminum and bronze, three of the best metals in existence. The fully enclosed telescopic tube protects the operator from corrosion due to atmospheric agents and eliminates maintenance operations.

THE KIT CONTROL UNIT

The sophisticated, but simple, SW810-PCB control unit gives unique functions to this kit that elevate it to the professional category, as the safety inputs in the control unit are many such as: closing photocells, opening photocells, stop, NC edge and 8K2.

In addition, the programming allows you to precisely program the stroke of the motors, including the deceleration function, which in addition to avoiding the mechanical shock to the gears of the motors is also a comfortable function, as it prevents the 0 leaf from making particular noise when slamming on the opening and closing stops.

To complete the functions we also find the programmable pedestrian opening, to open, with another button other than the start one, a single leaf.

THE PHOTOCELLS OF THE KIT

Among all the infinite pairs of photocells that we could choose for our kit, we opted for high-tech devices, immune to environmental and atmospheric disturbances. This is because we care so much about safety and understand how important it is that photocells always work properly. 

The installation of this device is also highly simplified, the cable entry if it has to take place under the photocell is facilitated by some pre-cuts that allow the entry with a 12 or 16 mm diameter pipe. The LED on the receiver allows you to immediately understand if the photocell is aligned by lighting up green. The anti-interference filter prevents blinding due to particular conditions of sunlight.

THE REMOTE CONTROLS OF THE KIT

Our OPEN4 products have been designed according to the best quality standards. They are 433 MHz rolling-code radio remote controls, therefore extremely safe. The easy-to-press buttons have a design that allows them to avoid false pressing, for example when we have them in our pockets. The 12V battery inside gives them enough power to make them remote controls with a wide range, certainly superior to those with a 3V button type battery.

The very clear and visible LED provides immediate visual feedback.

THE KIT'S FLASHING LIGHT

For the flashing light, we decided to use an extremely visible model with a very bright yellow, so that it can also be seen in operation during the day. The 6 powerful LEDs on board the internal board are highly bright and brilliant. The flashing light is of the wall mount type, if it has to be installed at the head of a column the appropriate accessory must be purchased. 

However, we always recommend wall installation on the external column, since the flashing must be visible to those passing near the gate and not to those who operate the control who are aware that they are doing so.
