Return request (right of withdrawal)

How the process works

The system performs an initial automatic check on your request (based on the order delivery date).
If the request falls outside the allowed timeframe, it may be automatically flagged as invalid.
Submitting the request does NOT automatically mean that the return is accepted.

Operator verification

Every request is manually reviewed by an operator.
You will receive a response via email with:
- confirmation of acceptance (if approved)
- detailed return instructions

Where can you find the order reference?
It is an alphanumeric code (e.g. ABCDXYZ) found:

Return requests are accepted within 14 days from delivery.

Important

Once the request has been submitted, the 14-day withdrawal period is considered respected, even if our response arrives later.

For example: if you submit the request on the 14th day, your right to withdraw remains valid even if you receive our response in the following days.
