Electromechanical underground actuator for swing gates. Residential use.

The underground system is not visible, ideal for those who want to keep the aesthetics of the gate unchanged.

Maximum safety thanks to the 24 V voltage of the power supply.

Anti-crushing safety guaranteed by a simple adjustment of the electronic control equipment T4 POWER.

Self-supporting container in sheet metal treated in cataphoresis. Lever system, with anti-corrosion galvanic treatment. Gate opening at 110°.

The EM 73N can be equipped with a separate lever system that allows opening up to 140° or a chain pinion system for opening up to 180°.

The application of an optional retarding system allows the EM 73N to make the doors make a fast movement during the stroke,

and a gentle combination in the opening and closing phases, eliminating bounces and noisy impacts.

For greater operational safety, manual locking of the emergency release device (SB73) is available (optional).

A lock with custom key prevents the emergency release pedal of the door leaf from being randomly operated. The lock can be operated both from inside and outside the gate.
