TYPE A LEVER (SINGLE)

The automated crossbar for USHADE shutters is able to mount 3 different types of lever A, B or C. This product is about lever A.

In this case, the lever is not telescopic and its geometry is designed to open classic doors (no book, no vicentine). When choosing this bracket, given its characteristics of minimum size, it is important to note 2 fundamental measurements, which in the drawing below are called X and Y.

Very important are the two measurements that start from the center of rotation of the hinge (the one in red in the drawing). In order for the sash to be fully opened 180°, without the lever hitting the corner of the shutter, these two measurements must be respected. The drawing assumes a shutter door with an average thickness of 40 mm.

With this type of lever there is not much tolerance precisely because it is not telescopic. The advantage is that lever A allows you to motorize shutters where the distance between the window and the shutter is 80 mm, so very little.

In the case of shutter openings at 90° instead of 180°, the measurements may not even be perfectly respected.

We remind you that in case of double leaf motorization application, 2 levers must be purchased.

The slide to be applied to the shutter, in which the pin moves, has a length of 370 mm.
