TYPE B LEVER (SINGLE)
The automated crossbar for USHADE shutters is able to mount 3 different types of lever A, B or C. This product is about lever B.
This type of lever is the most commonly used due to the countless adjustment possibilities. In fact, not only is it a telescopic lever but the front part (the one in orange in the images) can be fixed both from the long side and from the short side, depending on the situation.
In this case, the distance Y between the hinge rotation axis (in red in the drawing) and the lever rotation axis is between a minimum of 95 mm and a maximum of 125 mm.
In this configuration, the door can be at least 300 mm wide.
In this case, the front of the lever can be fixed from the short side and then slid along the slots of the rear lever to find the best configuration. In this situation we will need a maximum of 165 mm between the window and the shutter.
In this configuration, the door can be at least 350 mm wide.
In this case, just slide the front lever (the one in orange) along the rear lever using the slots and we will compensate for the greater distance Y between the center of rotation of the hinge (in red in the drawing) and the center of rotation of the lever. In this case, the overall dimensions between the window and the shutter will be reduced to around 155 mm.
