Central electronic board for roller shutters with electric brake release

Central control unit roller shutters for boxes, garages or shops able to unlock the electric brake, even in the absence of current, through the use of the remote control.

With this control unit, therefore, the uncomfortable external blinds or mechanical unlocking systems will no longer be used.

In fact, this control unit is equipped with sophisticated electronics that thanks to the help of a backup battery can unlock the electric brake, in the absence of current, and therefore allow the manual opening of the shutter.

To do this just press the button of the remote control that will be programmed as an emergency.

But be careful, to avoid errors or accidents the button, it will have to be pressed for more than a second.

This excludes the possibility of accidentally opening the electric brake and thus leaving the shutter open.

In addition to this convenient function, the electronic board also incorporates a central shutter unit equipped with:

• Flashing output 230V
• 24Vac accessory power output (e.g. for photocells)
• Security entrance
• Start input

The plant can also operate in different ways:

• Step-by-step: means that with a single button you can control the ascent, stop and descent
• Man present: means that you use two separate keys for ascent and descent but you must hold down
• Or 2 separate pulse buttons, one for ascent and one for descent

This product is distributed and sold in kit form and includes:

• A central unit complete with watertight box
• One backup battery
• Two remote controls with 4 buttons that can be used to open and control the emergency of the electric brake.
