This particular kit has been designed and composed to be the reference kit when it comes to motorizing a condominium gate. We decided to put 2 of the best and most powerful hydraulic operators on the market as the beating heart of the kit. The TOP391E are in fact the evolution of 50 years of experience and study by the manufacturer GIBIDI. They have all the characteristics: power (4500 N), versatility, the operating modes with or without blockage can be selected, durability the TOP motors of the GIBIDI are the only ones that do not have a vent valve, they are factory loaded under vacuum, so they cannot create condensation inside them and therefore no oil emulsion.

The chosen motor is able to work in a very wide range of sizes ranging from 450 kg per leaf with a maximum length of 1.5 meters to 150 kg per leaf with a maximum length of 4.5 m. The thrust force is remarkable and reaches 4500N. The diameter of the stem is 20 mm, which is extremely larger than all competitors in its category. We have chosen to include in this kit also the release with a personalized key, because being a condominium, security is mandatory.

Another very important feature of these engines is the possibility, thanks to very simple selection valves, to make them work in 4 different modes:

• With both opening and closing lock
• With opening lock only
• With locking only when closed
• without any blockage

For a condominium, this is very important because it allows the gate to operate comfortably for all condominiums. In fact, the motors can be set with lock only when opening, so once the gate is open the motors cannot be pushed by hand, this allows in case of wind to be sure that the gate cannot close while a car or a person crosses it. Leaving the motors free in the event of a blackout, a person who has to get out will only have to unlock the electric serratrus pole on the ground and pull the leaf as if it were without automation. You will not have to unlock the engines, it will not be necessary.

We have introduced in our description the electric lock post, completely made of steel, allows the safe closing of the automation, and in the case of reversible motors, it does not allow push opening, except after unlocking it.

As the brain of our automation we chose the SW810-PCB, our very famous and tested 230V control unit for operators. Thanks to this jewel of technology, we will be able to perfectly control the TOP391E but to add some particularly interesting functions, including: block maintenance, i.e. the ability of the power plant to re-energize the hydraulic motors every 3 hours. In fact, what is never said is that hydraulic engines by their technical nature, after a few hours of rest, tend to lower their pressure, this causes the leaves to become more distant and not tighten perfectly. The lockout maintenance function pressurizes the oil again and avoids this annoying inconvenience.

Another particularly interesting function is the SAFETY CLOSE, thanks to this function if the power were to fail in the system with the gate open, when the mains power was reactivated, it would close automatically anyway.

The control panel is also equipped with all the safety inputs, including the 8K2 for bringing the system up to standard.

Another element that distinguishes this kit is the double pair of photocells. Being a condominium, it is not possible to install less than 2 pairs of photocells, this is in fact the minimum level of safety, other devices  will have to be evaluated depending on the type of installation and the compliance of the place.

A bright orange flashing light with flashing on each side allows you to immediately view the movement of the gate.
