WIRE-KIT-433 is a 433 MHz radio kit consisting of a single-channel receiver and an ultra-compact two-channel wired transmitter, dimensions 25 × 52 × 9 mm, which can be connected to standard push-buttons or NO contacts.
It allows a physical push-button, such as a wall-mounted push-button or a contact available on an intercom, to be transformed into a radio control for gates, automatic doors and other devices, avoiding the need to run wiring to the automation system.
The receiver can be powered at 12/24 V AC/DC and features a relay configurable in monostable, bistable or ALAYP (As Long As You Press) mode, a deactivatable buzzer and an acoustic low-battery warning for the transmitter.
WIRE-KIT-433: transforms a standard push-button into a 433 MHz radio control
WIRE-KIT-433 is a practical solution for transforming a standard push-button with an NO contact (normally open) into a radio control, avoiding the need to install a wired connection between the push-button and the automation control unit.
The kit includes a two-channel radio transmitter powered by a CR2032 battery and a 433 MHz single-channel radio receiver powered at 12 or 24 V AC/DC.
The transmitter already features the wires required for connection to external push-buttons or contacts. When the NO contact closes, the transmitter sends the command by radio to the associated receiver.
Ultra-compact transmitter: only 25 × 52 × 9 mm
One of the most interesting features of WIRE-KIT-433 is the transmitter's extremely compact dimensions: just 25 × 52 × 9 mm.
The thickness of just 9 mm makes it easier to install the transmitter inside boxes, enclosures and other confined spaces near the push-button to be transformed into a radio control.
The transmitter is powered by a standard CR2032 battery, so it does not require an external power supply to operate.
This makes it possible, for example, to install a standard physical push-button inside the building to control gate opening, without having to create a direct connection between the push-button and the automation control unit.
Another possible application is the use of a push-button available on an intercom or video intercom, provided that an NO contact suitable for connecting the transmitter is available.
Two-channel transmitter
The transmitter supplied with WIRE-KIT-433 features 2 independent channels.
It can therefore control up to two compatible receivers, allowing the same transmitter to control two different automation systems or functions.
12/24 V AC/DC single-channel receiver
The receiver included in the kit features a relay output and can be powered at 12 or 24 V, both alternating and direct current (AC/DC).
Its dimensions are particularly compact:
37 × 41 × 15 mm
It is also designed for attachment using a cable tie, a useful solution for quick installation inside control panels, boxes or enclosures.
The WIRE-KIT-433 receiver uses its own dedicated radio system and is not a universal 433 MHz receiver. It must be used with compatible transmitters from this system.
Therefore, matching the 433 MHz frequency alone does not guarantee compatibility with radio controls from other brands or different radio systems.
Three relay operating modes
The receiver allows the output behaviour to be configured in three different modes.
Monostable / pulse
When the command is received, the relay is activated for a preset time.
Four times are available:
1, 3, 5 or 25 seconds.
This is normally the most suitable mode for sending an opening pulse to the START, step-by-step or equivalent input of a gate or automatic door control unit.
Bistable
Each command changes the relay status. One command activates the output and the next deactivates it.
This function also allows the system to be used in applications requiring the output status to be maintained.
ALAYP – As Long As You Press
In this mode, the relay remains activated for as long as the push-button connected to the transmitter is held down and is released when the button is released.
ALAYP mode involves prolonged radio transmission and may therefore result in significantly higher CR2032 battery consumption compared with normal pulse operation.
Buzzer and low-battery warning
The receiver incorporates an audible buzzer, which can be deactivated when the acoustic signal is not required.
The system also features an acoustic low-battery warning for the transmitter, which indicates when the CR2032 needs to be replaced.
Ideal for adding a push-button without installing new cables
WIRE-KIT-433 is particularly useful when you want to install a new control but running a cable from the push-button location to the automation control unit is difficult or impractical.
The push-button is connected to the small battery-powered transmitter, and the command is then transferred by radio to the receiver installed near the control unit.
It can be used, for example, to:
- add a gate-opening push-button inside the building;
- transform a standard NO push-button into a radio control;
- use a push-button available on an intercom or video intercom;
- avoid installing new cables between the building and the automation system;
- control two different receivers using the two-channel transmitter;
- create radio controls in installations where traditional wiring is difficult.
Receiver installation
The receiver is not waterproof.
Although it is supplied in a plastic enclosure, it must be installed inside a box, control panel or otherwise in a position adequately protected from water and moisture.
The receiver's plastic enclosure must not be considered suitable protection for direct outdoor installation.

Radio compatibility note
The WIRE-KIT-433 receiver is not a universal 433 MHz receiver. It is designed to operate exclusively with transmitters compatible with this system.
The 433 MHz radio frequency alone does not determine compatibility with remote controls or transmitters from other manufacturers.
