Hydraulic power unit with pump APRIMATIC ZT70 B5 41055/003 in version with double opening and closing block.

Usable on AT175 - AT176 jacks, the B5 version is designed for hinged doors with a maximum weight of 800Kg

and lengths up to 2 meters having precisely the block directly on the pump.

The sensitivity and flow rate are managed by two opening and closing flow valves that regulate the torque in motion, adapting it to the installation.

The pump is contained in a practical metal cabinet with security lock to be fixed to the gate edge,

From it will start the hydraulic pipes to feed the jacks present in the underground boxes.

Oil already included in the product

The installation with separate pump and jacks certainly increases efficiency and durability,

This is because the pump unit and the electric motor are located outside (in the appropriate cabinet)

So not with water that surely it will be a practice to find it inside the underground box even if drains and installation are done in a workmanlike manner.

In the lower part of the gate we would have the foundation boxes with the jacks that will work only mechanically by hydraulic thrust.

To carry out the installation it is mandatory to need the jacks APRIMATIC AT175 and AT176,

the self-supporting cassette CIA 170 and pipes with TF and RAC fittings.
