SH200-BOX Control unit complete with 433 MHz receiver for box roller shutters

The SH200-BOX control panel is the ideal choice when we want to automate a roller shutter for boxes using a radio control. In fact, this control unit is able to be connected to any model and brand of automations on the market: FAAC, BFT, NICE, GENIUS, ROGER, GIBIDI, PROTECO, CAME.

The fundamental feature of this control unit is to have all the control inputs and safety outputs necessary for complete automation. Very often shutter control panels do not have all the safety entrances, in particular they do not have the rib and stop entrance and others not even the photocell one.

In the SH200-BOX, on the other hand, all three are present as well as there are also separate entrances for opening and closing and it is also possible to program the man-dead or combined operation, both automatic and man-present.

But the feature that makes this control panel unique is the motor limit switch recognition function. The damper motors have on-board limit switches that are not connected in any way with the control units. The SH200-BOX, thanks to sophisticated technology, is able to understand when the engine has stopped and therefore can stop even without having programmed any working time. This feature allows for several benefits. The first is that when the engine stops, the flashing light also goes out, while in the other control panels it remains on for the entire programmed working time. The second advantage is that when the motor stops, the control unit is immediately ready for another command, without having to wait for the end of the working time. The third advantage is the lower consumption because the power plant stops supplying power at the same time as the motor stops.

The on-board radio receiver capable of storing fixed codes and HCS roling-codes with a frequency of 433MHz, also allows the use of the remote control with separate open and close buttons.
