FAAC 10675301 770N 24VDC – Low Voltage Electromechanical Underground Actuator for Swing Gates up to 500 Kg

The FAAC 10675301 Model 770N 24VDC Underground Actuator is a high-performance professional solution for swing gate automation, designed for safety, precision of movement and intensive use.

Thanks to the 24V power supply, this operator offers more advanced control than the 230V versions, allowing automatic reversal of movement in the event of an obstacle and more precise management of slowdowns and work times. This makes it particularly suitable for residential and condominium contexts with frequent use.

The motor is completely self-supporting and can handle leaves weighing up to 500 kg and lengths up to 3.5 meters (with electric lock). The underground structure allows a minimal aesthetic impact, keeping the gate clean and without visible obstructions.

The internal mechanics are made entirely of metal and bronze, without plastic components, ensuring maximum strength and durability. The double-layer polyester paint guarantees high resistance to corrosion and allows installation even in particularly aggressive environments such as marine areas.

There is provision for manual release by means of a lever with a personalized European key (not included), essential in the event of a power failure.

Important note on compatibility:
This operator is completely replaceable with the ROLLER 24V model by GENIUS, a brand of the FAAC group. The two products are equivalent in structure and technical characteristics, making them perfectly interchangeable. The GENIUS model is often a cheaper solution with the same performance.
